Atelier Bergluft
Leírás
Atelier Bergluft in Mönichkirchen is the creative retreat of sculptor, painter and performance artist Christof Seiser. Since 2014, his studio has been located in the former valley station of the chair lift at around 1,000 meters above sea level. He not only creates his works here, but also the KunstMuseum Mönichkirchen "Schiff legt ab", which presents his own works as well as works by other artists.
Seiser's artistic style is described as "extravagant realism". His works include sculptures, paintings and installations, which are often found in public spaces and in nature. Some of his projects can be discovered as part of the "Mönichkirchner SpaziergangART", including the "Feuergeist", the "Jenseitspark" with twelve sculptures and the "Wassertempel".
The studio is a place of encounter and inspiration. Guided tours of the museum provide an insight into the creative world of Christof Seiser and his works of art. The opening hours are from May to October on Saturdays and Sundays from 15:00 to 18:00. Outside these times, visits are possible by telephone appointment.
